Confused.. ZGemma Star H.2S

Hi,

I just bought a ZGemma star H.2S and i have turned it on and i must have downloaded a skin after the skin downloaded everytime i pressed a button on my remote (menu button mainly) the box crashes and i get a blue screen error and then turns off and restarts and same thing again?

Totally new to this, moving from a v8s box

How do i stop this from happening, is there any guides which can help me set

Myself I'd reflash it with 1 of the images on here (back your line up first) each image has its own instructions follow them easy enough and then it will work a treat
