cross EPG error timeout for tuner lock

hi guys can anyone help me i am trying to download cross epg to my usb drive, but keep getting cross EPG error timeout for tuner lock, this is on virgin on the h2h, thanks.

crossepg doesn't have a vm feed have you got the sat cable connected and what image are you using?

hi mate no its only got virgin cable connected, and its vix image

hi mate done that now i get a message no dvb-s nims found when trying to download now

when i go into opentv providers there is no virgin option

There isn't a provider for vm use the vm feeds place it on the vm preview channel in the all channels bouquet for about 5 minutes
