I have a zgemma hs2 and all of a sudden box crashed. now I don't get any channgels apart from free to air.

I've strated the cam things but no joy and searched for channels

I'm only 4 months in to the sub.

how do I check if line is dead and what are the next steps. I'm new to this
 
Everyone (or most) people on satellite subscription is offline atm. Just having to wait and see if theres a fix or if its permanent :(
 
There has been a problem for some but it seems to be sorting itself out now. Restart your router then your box and cam.
