Downloading not requested kryptview a780

I keep getting this message and I am now pulling my hair out as I have been at it for 3 hours. I am using a USB converter and I have updated the drivers I have changed a few setting that I have read to do on here and still that same message. I have called a few mates up to see if they have a tower pc with no luck. Help please I am going mad :-(

do you have a pci output on your laptop, if so, use an express card, usb to rs232, that has worked for me in the past

Any one using WINDOWS 7 and WINDOWS 10 will have those errors as USB adapter does not seems to work with it...

That's my problem then as I have windows 10, any ideas what I can do?
