dreambox dm500c no transponders

Hi everyone using jade pli and tried other images as well, I get signal and quality and ber but can't seem to lock onto any transponder . I have astra 28.2e dish. I seem to be missing something somewhere but can't pin point.

Any help advice will be much appretiated.

well if you using a dm 500c you will never find anything on astra 28.2e or any other sat as that is for cable that's why it says 500c as in c =cable and s = sat

might come in handy when no channels on sat are viewable,that box needs a vm live cable.

no, live cable in reference to not cut off as in paying a sub to vm.

if its an old sd box no,go for a hd box for cable.
