Just trying to work out which is the better option a Xtrend ET8000 with two DVBC tuners or a VU+ Solo VE 2 twin DVBC tuners?
I like the VU+ boxes as I have a Duo 2 already but like the idea of the Xtrend box as the Hard drive is internal.
Any comments welcomed
 
ive never had vu solo had just about every other box got myself xtrend with hdd inside thats the best thing about it i think i would go for xtrend for hdd inside as both boxes firmware support
 
I have a vu solo2 with usb cable turbo tuner, works a treat but I have an et8000 with twin cable and 1 sat and also an et10000 with 2 of each, the xtrends seem better on cable as the tuners are internal, I have set up many et8000's with twin cable and they are very good boxes, very quick
