Hey I'm having same problem in my box did you ever resolve the issue?Tried rebooting my box and router. Not overly sure exactly what i should be looking for in terms of server info? What type of information should it show?
Cable.Sky or cable? Rebooted router and box? Was it working? Restarted cam?

Ok I did this I downloaded latest software and restored it to v 5.0.023 I believe twice once with restoring image and other time without restoring backup settings both times the channels weren't coming through, I'm usually quite good at figuring out the problem but this has me absolutely baffledOk easiest thing to do if you have a usb or hdd connected(you should really for EPG at least) is go to VIX menu in backup manager create a new backup(this is your settings). Then go to image manager and restore. Download latest version then restore it. Then when asked upon reboot to restore say yes and click on the settings backup you made. Try now? It should backed up your line too.
