epg doesn't update over night .

Hi guys recently bought zgemma h2s and epg doesn't update over night, I have to do it manually through portal button , cross epg downloader, I am sure it's just down to the settings but I am not sure which to go into, not tech minded so any help appreciated, thanks....

I think it's called vix, got sly image . 32gb memory Stick at back works fine, can record etc, the auto update at a given time is set to no, I set it to update at 4 am and the next day I checked memory on the stick and it had taken up over 30gb of memory on the stick for some reason and left only a few mb free so couldn't record anything then so I set back to no and deleted it off stick. Weekly I now go into portal and do cross epg down load and it updates for another week ok. Just wanting to not have to do that really if possible.
