Epg not showing premium channel info on zgemma s2

Hi I've just set up a Zgemma-Star s2 running openatv 4.2. Everything is going great except for the epg! It won't show info for premium channels! I'm using crossepg and autobouquetmaker, I've tried altering settings etc but I've got nowhere. I've also got a vu+ solo2 running vix and had no problems with the epg on there, please help!
