hi, my skybox f3 keeps rebooting at L097, this happened after I installed the firmware to remove the reboot bug on hd channels. there isn't any problem with the power cable or the network cable. I am unable to reach the menu or anything as its stuck and not allowing me to do anything. what do I do to fix this?

Your box needs to be reflashed with a RS232 null modem cable.
