Filezilla

I have been advised to use filezilla for one or two things.
Where do I find it and how do I load it onto H2s running Wooshbuild 5

Filezilla can be downloaded free,Just google it,You dont add it on the box,Its used to transfer files to the box,It works like a text message between the box and pc
