H5.2TC Wooshbuild - Channel numbers and EPG

Hi,

I've got two problems:

1) I can't seem to get channel numbers to show on EPG, i.e. I want epg to have the channel numbers listed as 101 BBC One HD etc etc.

2) EPG doesn't seem to populate for both Sly and Vermin. I have selected sources Rytec UK XMLTV,
Rytec Virgin UK XMLTV, Satmate Sky UK and Vermin UK Cable but most of the EPG is empty.

Can anybody help?

had same problem with egg importer what I did was do a software update on the box and it updated the epg importer then I had to tick the rytec for sky and virgin which is at the end of the list and it worked .

actually I am having this same issue on my H2.
When I do software update what do I actually update? as loads appear.

any help much appreciated.

Try pressing menu on epg then see if service title mode is name and number and picons if you use them

Also, Sly numbers populate but not vermin, how can i do that?

it didn't ask me to back it up but then i newly set it up. must be an option to back it up somewhere.
