Cable H7C slow interface

I have had my H7C almost a week and it has been running fast and i have been impressed but all of a sudden it's start to respond slow to opening the epg and menu, I get the spinning circle in the top left, I'm on open atv with barely any plugins installed, no recordings clogging up the memory, anyone got any ideas? I have also ran cache flush.
 
You don't need cacheflush or a swap file on an Arm box.
Enable the debug log and see if it tells you what is making the box struggle.
 
I just connect through my home network. IP address preceded by 2 backslashes (\\192.168.0.??).
View the log with Notepad++
 
Strange i can just enter my ip like 192.168.1.20 and webif opens or are we talking about something else?Where is epg been stored?
Does box need rebooting for logs to work?
 
I just have a short cut to network folder on desktop so I just click on that then see my boxes, router and printer etc on there.
