Help Needed: Zgemma remote s stuck scrolling through channels

Dear All, Help needed.

i have a Zgemma Star 2S box. For the first month it's worked perfect.
Except for today the remote is stuck n scrolling through the channels.
I have tried rebooting, moving the box as further away from the tv as possible to prevent RI
But still same problem.
Before buying new remote is there anything else you can recommend?

Help would be much appreciated

Check the buttons on the remote and see if one of them has become stuck down.

Did you buy it from zgemma direct? If so send them a message and see if they'll replace it for you.

take the batteries out of the remote to make sure its not a remote problem.... if it keeps happening when no batteries in remote then its the box for definite... if it stops when batteries out of remote then you know its the remote that has the problem

It stops when I remove the batteries, and it starts again the moment I put them back in.
Downloaded the telly'mote app and it's working fine
So I think it's the remote, I've ordered a new one. Hope it works

you should be good with a new remote :-)
