help with picons

have used wooshmans guide to install everything and must I say everything is working fine apart from picons I followed the guide to letter the extra bit about picons but they are not working any one have any ideas wondering if there is a setting to switch them on once downloaded

there is no switch to turn picons on, I could not get them working my self last week untill wooshman give me these instructions

Green button -> Red button -> Picons
and remove everything in there.

Then exit back to plugins screen and Green button to picons and start again by downloading srp-full.400x240-370x210.light.on.transparent

i had other picons in my plugins that i needed to delete once i did and followed the instructions again picons was working, hope this help you please let us know how you get on.
