So I set mine up a little while ago and made a comment about it, had a few PM's asking for info and advice so thought I would throw a quick video together to explain it.
This is for 2 devices on the same network - so for me an upstairs and a downstairs box.
Doing this allows me to make a recording onto one box HDD and then watch it from the other box.
I had been able to do something similar by recording to a NAS and then using apps and smart tv to watch the recordings but you don't always get the same options, so for example on my Samsung smart tv I could watch the recordings from the NAS but only when they had completed, also if the recording had the narration audio there was no option to switch it.
