Hi, I was having problems with my internet speed, so I got in touch with the vermin, they got the speed a lot faster, but when I went back on to watch my zgemma, it does not connect, my laptop, tablet and phone all work with wifi but my sat box and zgemma box do not work with the Ethernet cables connected from the router, I connected a Ethernet cable to my laptop to zgemma and that works ok, so have the vermin changed some sort of settings that I need to know. Thanks
 
Best thing to do is turn the router off at the mains plug. Turn the zgemma off at the mains plug. Turn router back on and once all up and running turn the zgemma back on. If it still don't work, check the adapter settings on the zgemma menu - see if it's set to DHCP
