Hi, need help, my internet stopeed working last sunday, im with voda, i rang many times now, they have checked line,ive replaced modem, redone the phone wiring from outside in to connections, still nothing,wheni have my laptop open its showing the wireless connection there, but cant access net, any ideas, have reset the settings in modem too

Have you actually checked the settings within the modem? Does the modem show that it is getting service to it? Most modems can be accessed by opening a browser page and going to the address window and typing in 192.168.1.1
Even though the laptop is showing that wifi is available have tried plugging an ethernet cable directly from the laptop to the modem to see if that makes any difference? Also please try and provide as many details as possible concerning your setup. Especially your windows version and modem type.
