Cable Issues with Zgemma Star H1 missing channels and error on scan

Had my Zgemma Star h1 for just under 12 months, had no problems with it until around a month ago what Channel 4 HD stopped working and I got an error message.
Tried to rescan but get a Rescan failure, seen a couple of posts and believe I need to FLASH the box?

Have backed up the image and backup but wondering if there is any point as I need a new set up rather than syncing from an old one.

Have the line info just worried about the set up.

Any help would be appreciated.

i think so, im sure wooshbuild has many supporters too and rightly so,

i can pretty much remember most of the menu on vix / sucmnsee now so i prefer to use that on any boxes i set up for ease of configuration ;-)

i have just re flashed and can't get ITV HD
The error message says (sid not found in PAT )
