Satellite Just bought a h7s and my USB stick not getting recognized

As total says, I'm wondering what USB stick to buy or is there a way to find files for wooshbuild 7 to the box and flash from there, if so what folder do I drop them in???

Sandisk usb sticks are good and I would flash Wooshbuild Infinity now as I think that is the best Wooshbuild image yet.

image unzipped and placed on the USB
renamed the noforce file to force

AFAIAA some zgemma need turning on via the rear button and then the front power button needs holding in until the FLASH begins
