Christmas Rum Balls


Ingredients:


1 pack Arnotts Malt-O-Milk Biscuits (or any other plain sweet cookies will do)
1 pack Arnotts Buttersnaps
1 can condensed Milk
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
small bowl of Icing Sugar (for coating)
Rum Essence


*optional
grated chocolate bar or Dessicated coconut


Directions:


Crush Biscuits in a food processor until it becomes crumbs.
Mix the cocoa powder. Transfer to a bowl.
Add a few drops of rum essence. Mix well.
Add condensed milk and form into balls.
Roll balls into icing sugar until all coated.


* you may also roll the balls into grated chocolate, choco sprinkles, and/or dessicated coconut
