guys for setting up your 780 look at the guides for flashing/setting up box and when you have scanned the channels read here.same setup.

There is a step by step guide on how to manually flash your box . Just look around . Just remember to factory reset box before so you got 00000 on display .

Lines are sent out like so,
IP Address, Port, ID, Password.

For KV Line
Server IP = IP Address
Port = as it states Port
User ID = ID
Password = Password
DesKey = leave it as it is
Active = On
Connection = Connected
Check with your server that they are doing Newcamb.?

I have firmware 20/01/2015 pv 4.2.08 v3.0.0 instaled. Can not get any channels apart from BBC1/2/3 ITV CH4 etc. any help really appreciated.

would that need a null cable ? and what is line ? a subscription of some sort ?

Add a line .for a fee . That means you get what channels your looking for .

Dated box but worth a bit of effort to get running. Most people have upgraded now.

yeah I have no null modem port on my pc, so am checking if this is the correct cable to use direct from the A780 to pc to flash the box with latest software.

Yes that cable is fine. Usb one end and female R232 other end.
