loading gift

hi guys
loaded a new box with wooshbuild all fta channels work ok tried to load the gift on to box via usb and cam importer but message saying no files on usb so I put my gift which I know works on to the usb it came up with the same message any ideas what I am doing wrong please

Use the attached programme by sinkers.
Just copy the info as required and the Wooshbuild cam importer will work.
