Former Football Association chairman Lord Triesman is giving details of alleged Fifa corruption to a committee of MPs.
He was summoned before the Commons' culture, media and sport committee to speak about his experiences as part of England's unsuccessful bid to host the 2018 World Cup.
Lord Triesman claimed Trinidad and Tobago FA chief and Fifa executive Jack Warner, who denies any wrongdoing, asked for £2.5m to be chanelled into his bank account.
