mgcamd 1.38d wont open channels

I have tried to get mgcamd 1.38d working on my zgemma HS box. I can make a connection and i can see the number of milliseconds and hops etc but the screen stays black.
I have tried quite a lot from the forums but to no avail. Would anyone have any ideas. I notcie that I cannot download some of the suggested files as I am a newbie who hasnt posted before.
It seems so near yet so far to see the connection made but the channels not unlocking. Someone said to ser B 00 to B06 in one post but I have tried that and it didnt work. Ideas would be appreciated !!
 
Thanks . I double checked the mg_cfg and changed it to B 06 and it worked ! thank very much dsayers2014. I am getting a ecm time of 250 msecs on a test line. Is this a good ecm time in your opinion ?
