Missing epg

I've been using my zgemma h2s on the latest wooshbuild for about 2weeks now ,on Saturday when I turned tv on there was no epg information I tried manually updating epg but it was the same (blank) so I waited till Sunday morning for the auto update but it was still showing blank no program information for any channel even if I go forwards 24/48 hours
Has anyone else had this problem if so did you fix it and how

What is happening when you try to manually do this?

If saying Timeout then check both you leads are getting signal in your Sat/Signal finder

If going through the whole process but just not populating then check that your USB or SD card is still mounted

If it's doing anything else if your reply stating what's happening
