multi lnb setup

Can someone tell me if bad weather like snow witch were getting right now is stopping my DM 500S FROM picking up satellites 28.2 13.2 19.2

i managed to get 13.2 and it worked for a while but now all channels are gone,
reason I'm asking is i had to re flash my box and set up from scratch.

dont know anything about it but yes i would say weather has summit to do with it. My bro in law has sky and said his went off the other day when he looked he could not see the dish or lnb as it was covered in snow - once snow melted he said signal was back to normal, so if its like that on "normal" sky dish id say yes that could be your problem
