Brought one of these boxes and the seller did a runner, anyone available to give me some advice in various areas ??

what model? as some use cards and some use lines

they have to be of course on a dish pointer to 13east, not a sky uk dish

right as you cant use google here u go from 2 secs search :bye:

to add a cline or nline, you need to have oscam running on the box

1.Plug both antenna cables in(If you only have one then plug it into ANT B)
2.Plug in ethernet cable to router
2a.Plug in HDMI
3.plug in Power cable.
4.Watch it boot for the first time and get excited, this is where lots of head scratching begins
5.It should take you through a wizard of setting up tuners. The settings will be something like this for both tuners:
Simple
28.2e
no- Disec
(cant remeber off my head)
Dont bother doing a search, you can skip that step if you like as autobouquets will sort it out.
6.network wizard, follow that bit, think thats the last step.
7.Install Autobouquets, follow the tutorial.
8.Install OSCAM, follow the tutorial.

right got it working, next problem, where to i put the 'gift' address into, looks like its running open Pli and Enigma 2
