Need Help!! Please be patient!

    I have a V8s Openbox and it worked fine for a year. In August all the Sky channels were scrambled and I posted on here. Some bloke took £30 off me and said it would be sorted but low and behold, they're scrambled again and I cant get in touch with the bloke.

    I am a complete tech novice so whoever is goign to help me, please keep it increadably simple!!

    But your help is needed!!!!

    A few servers are down at the moment , you could be on one of them

    As Running Out said, many offline at the moment, wait until they are back and check again.

    Should be back now, restart your box and try it again.

    Nope mine are still all scrambled?

    All my lines was down for 3 hours and now back up

    try rebooting your broadband and box.
