Satellite Newby in trouble

Hi Folks

I am a newby as it will become apparent with my post...

I have had an update to my zgammer H1 box and it has taken out my USB it doesn't register even on my computer so I am now having to install a reboot Usb I believe 165 now has taken over from 158 is this ok to use on my H1 also where can I down load al instructions for getting my box up and running.

How have you updated your box mate.
What was on box before you updated vix or atv we need abit more info about what you have actually done to the box.
 
Hi newby here to, i had vix but mistakenly done a update i have now flashed atv 5.1 to box but when i install cccam list i cant get no channels any help would be great thanks.

The box was updated as per 4am but the box was not sending a signal to the tv when we got up... it was working on vix I have now got the box up and running but we have lost a lot of channels. so I am now at the stage of a step by step guide to full setup if possible.
