icloud box , sound but no picture , changed all leads , rebooted and nothing ? any ideas

Did you install a new skin recently? Have you tried connecting via scart? Probably best to install a new image and see if that helps. There is no picture format button on the iboxes so you cant change the screen resolution unless you can see the menu. If you have installed in incompatible skin if could be the problem. If a fresh image flash doesnt work then I dont know what it could be.
