No snr on tuner a

Got a zgemma on a h2s and a 2 other star2s h2s was working fine but decided to reflash since then I get no signal going to tuner a. At start of reflash I get fta for about a minute but then it goes again no snr on tuner a. Tried the other star 2s and both work fine
Any help please
