Hi guys just wondering if anyone has any ideas , a friend of mine has a dm500 box slightly outdated , he receives all channels but if the box is moved or touched ever so slightly he will lose some channels s1,2,3,4,5 and movies but gets other ppv? any ideas faulty box or anyone know how to fix this
