I need a little help. In my 2001 ply neon my obd2 plug will not link to the pcm. Plus my radio will not power on. But both the obd2 plug and radio have power from the battery and ignition. I saw on them a purp/yellow wire which i found is the link cable. Could the radio be in lock mode and causing it to act this way? Any help will be awesome
