HI shez there could be a couple of reasons why your boxes are freezing

1. are you using the same cline in both boxes? if so this is what will cause it to freeze, speak to your provider they can open another cline up or even open a second user on that cline. seek there advice on this

2. It could be that your provider has over subscribed his package, i suffered from freeze of my last provider at certain times offf the day my channels would be fine between say 10am-6pm then the freeze would kick in as the server was over subscribed.

3. if you have got 2 seperate clines enter 1 into each box rather than have 2 on each box speak to provider though

thank you for your help i thought i was being ignored,i got in touch with internet provider and they said i only get 2 meg so if i update to super fast fibre i wont get no freezing is that right.im new to this i used to have starview

When i say your provider i mean the person/company that supplied you with the openbox or clines if that makes sense

2meg broadband will run 2 boxes very easily if the set up is right the freezing sounds like a server issue, ie you running boxes of same cline :whacko:

im not :whacko: im new and im a woman lol. anyway i thought it was my broad band because if i take 1 ov the ethernet cables out ov the router the box dont freeze but when both the ethernet s are in it freezes.so when 1 box is on no freezing when 2 boxes are on freezing if that makes sense :) but i will ask about cline

hi people, the channels are just not there when i burnflash. all favs vanish and left with radio channels. i have s11 box and original sat on there was eurobird 1&ast and now after trying to update my channel list i have nothing. tried lots of different downloads and nothing

hi bobby is this the most up to date list for astra -hotbird 13degree i have your 28.2 list but also can view 13 degree on my openbox 9 a channelist for this would help thanks

Can you use any Channel list on the openbox or do you need to use a list created on the same firmware / box like a S11/

I think any TP list will work with any openbox i have the F3 and they have all worked on there.
