Phoenix 850 issue

Hi All, turned on my 850 this morning , blue panel working on front of box , but it won't connect to the tv, tried a different hdmi but no joy, when I press the menu button it says menu on blue front panel, does anyone know what the issue might be, or if it can be fixed, is there any way of resetting or rebooting the box using the buttons on the front panel, any help appreciated. :beg:

ya broke it again lol,i hope you not tried cables while both units were on ,all hdmi ports on tv checked to make sure you are getting a signal from box.

Why with both units on, would this damage the hdmi port.

power surge spike can blow ports as all connections are done with power off.

Av board on Panasonic viera has given up, so Phoenix 850 is ok, new board ordered so fingers crossed it won't be long before the Phoenix is back up and cruising :smiley devil:
