After our car has been serviced the radio needs a code to work again. I cannot find the manual with the code written on it. Can you please help me.
R.D.S/EON CY10D. I ussume the serial number is on the back of the radio but it seems imposible to take it out without braking it? Is there any other way to find it?

The radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code
It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M854331 or V555323
Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number
