Thanks in advance for any help!
As others have done, I have replaced the battery and now the radio is asking for a code.
I took the car back to the dealer who had sold us the car and had replaced the original radio when we found that it was not working at the time of purchase. They were to remove the radio and get the code from Renault.
They have now phoned to say that the radio has a fault. This could be as a result of a spike when replacing the battery, or too many attempts to input a code, using the wrong code. They have admitted trying 2 different codes themselves, neither of which has worked so the question which occurs to me is, could their attempts to input the code have resulted in this?
I'll probably post the radio details to get the code from you and compare with the codes they have tried, and have the option of a replacement radio on eBay, but any advice or opinion on this would be appreciated.
