roulette channels missing in cloud ibox 2

I've been in auto bouquets maker where a list of the relevant channels are, it was ticked green and so unticked it but channels still not showing, any help would be greatly appreciated :)

start scan.
exit back out.
reboot.
use EPG button first time to look again.
