set up help with vmlines on dm800hd needed

I may be a bit stupid but cant find information on how to setup vm on dm800hd pvr box any help please. thanks

I don't understand which file to use for virgin. have had a skybox and done the line for that but not for virmin

Setup, Service searching, Tuner configuration

Select each tuner in turn and set them to:
Tuner type DVB-C
Confuration mode enabled
Network ID 00000
Used service scan type Provider
Provider to scan Virgin Media UK (6952)

Don't forget to save (green button)

Now you are actually ready to scan for channels!

Once the tuners have been set up. go to Automatic scan. For your first scan, set to Clear before scan yes and Scan Tuner A (DVB-C) yes

Press OK to scan.......

A few minutes later, with luck, you will have found just under 500 channels.

sorry cross purposes setting up line not box sorry should have been clearer. do you use mgcamd ccconfig for cable ?.thanks

you can use mgcamd or cccam but depends on line provider most say mgamd

which ftp program are you using to ftp the line to box

filezilla. have used it on zgema for sky but never done a cable box. does it go in usr/keys the same and is it set out in same way?

entering a gift is the same same on vm and sat on enigma the only difference is you need to set up your net id and so on
