Setting date and time on 6000cd rds eon

Hi All

I bought a 2009 Ford Bantam in South Africa - No Manuals, audio Guide or service record:(

Could anybody assist me to set the time and date on the 6000CD RDS EON

I discovered that I could see the current (incorrect) date and time by pressing the "Menu" button until time is displayed, then Right on the seek button, but I simply cannot find the correct way to actually set the correct details.

Also, I see a telephone icon on the front face of the system.... does that mean that it has bluetooth incorporated? - If so, please direct me to pair.
