No, its been on the sat scene now for a few years and still not cracked, also yo can bet N4 is waiting in the wings now, so even if it does get cracked it will be replaced straight away, also dont forget Sky now own the cable tv section, So Murdoch will throw everything he has at it, I think going N3 was part of the deal, Murdoch wouldnt buy it until it was secure.
