sound in slow motion / muffled

just reflashed my box (wooshbuild infinity) and the sound is really messed up. Its IPTV but its not the feed as I've tested it via my Firestick.
Have done this twice, once restoring old settings and once as a clean install and same issue both times
 
Its running through XE. I checked again last night and the sound had gone back to normal but as it happened twice there must have been a reason behind it
 
Possibly source issue if it happens again report to your provider and ask him to restart stream unless a reseller and has no control
