if you did everything correct you should have connected,start again and recheck and redo and it should connect ,if not tell us what you did and we will see the error to overcome and connect.

you said working the other day,yes maybe it was but firmware was out on the 12/05/11 did you reflash box with this or not? check to see what is says in system info.

ok,do all the same old things,---- then ---- turn s7 off on the switch on the back of box, wait 30 seconds, turn back on ss1----1819. bingo.;)

connected in st helens,take out lan redo,start up put in lan ,switch of box and internet leav so secs and reboot happy days
