Yeah that what I use to do but now when scanning I only get 31 channel which is strange ! So I donno what to do keep scanning getting same things

What's the next step guys pls ! Keep trying to scan but still only 31 channel ! My Internet is working fine ! I don't know how to check if I got signal in the cable though ! Any idea pls?

maybe you may need to scan at a m8s house that has all the channels,one thing i remembered on early models,factory reset ok,power off at rear for a min remove lan then on,autoscan and enable your pin if needed insert lan when finished scanning and reboot network if needed.

The trouble Is That I've got sky news and is not working until I put 1819 code so it's bit strange and I have disneyXD+1 too so I guess is not the signal then !

i have seen this elsewhere,so done a copy and paste to try.
hi, this will fix it for ntl area,,got two boxes working with it,, press menu
go to installions
auto search or 6952 symbol rate
change QAM to 256
search (wait till search is finished)
press ok
press exit twice(saving data)(if you pick up less than 200 channels try a 256 search again without a reset)
