Stream issue

Hi all.. any guidance please.. ok, on a certain samsung tv streaming app(s) even using vpn pass .. blocked.. using same network no vpn on firedevice same app(s) fine..hotspot to tv to same tv app.. all fine… shield all off.. so looks like network-app issue to tv .. tried wpa within router but no joy.. any ideas

Have you tried clearing cache on tv.

Yes @ Mike.. rebooted everything.. strange one this!! Yet all works via hotspot.. & all works on firestick via network **y..with same apps obviously different platform (android-Samsung)..

Yes you will find samsung tv is basicly tv android and firestick is amazons own version of android.

There's a simular issue with my supplier ibo app works on sheild (tv android) won't work on firesticks.

Thanx for replies all.. issue restored.. sr203 router .. had an xtra one like we do.. swopped & all fine.. strange though how some services were all ok & other(s) not.. big thanx
