Super hub 3

I have just been sent a new super hub 3 by virgin because my old one was faulty.
I've now noticed that some of the HD channels are freezing which were fine before I changed hubs
Do any settings need changing ?

OK thanks ste I'll check connections again but I've only changed the cable feed from one to the other
