A lot of sites recognise that I am using a VPN and block you from visiting it. Does surfshark have any setting to enable so sites dont recognise you're using a VPN?

Use the same country location on the vpn the sites are based from. Example if you are visiting a usa website log the vpn on to a usa location.
Try to change the city in the country! There are a quite a few options on USA and Canada and most European countries.
Can be a bit of trial and error and what will work one day may not the next!
Try also using a 'Static IP' VPN location, some sites do not like the Virtual or Multi-Hop IPs.
