is there a way to change frequency setting on the 780?

something like this info is needed.

I havent got the 850. Can only change frequency modulation and symbol rate. The signal has been dropped by virmin ive noticed. Mine was about 88?/78?...its way down at a steady 56!. And practically 0 quality been reported.Its got to be ok cos of tivo

The signal deviation in system settings/other settings has never been usable in any firmwares. I wonder if this setting is needed
