the eurovox ex1100

ive just bought the eurovox ex1100 and carnt get the channels there all there but carnt watch them any ideas?

Downloaded the latest firmware to my ex1100 but the sound keeps breaking and the menu/epg has made it so slow, what do i do, older versions feature no epg :( ??? any suggestions please?

Just Flashed it with the firmware off this site and the sound is all clear, the channel epg bit is still a little slow and it isnt 100% for example, its saying theirs simpsons on till 9.30 tonight, any suggestions, i downloaded the frimware off the website, much better than any ive tried tho.

The Eurovox doesnt have the settings in the same place, i have the eurovox ex1000 and the instructions that you guys gave me above work but for the sl, but the eurovox ex1100 usb i got the infomation from menu, tools, and infomation.
